Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Representative to develop new business relationships and expand existing accounts by delivering packaging and design solutions that meet customer needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions & distribution.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record for vehicle reimbursement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans within an assigned territory.
• Secures and maintains distribution, provides pricing, negotiates, and maintains sales agreements.
• Creates and revises lead generation plans to build a strong pipeline.
• Coordinates with design to improve existing designs for customers.
• Reviews opportunities and suggests improvements; manages accounts, records, forecasts, and credit where needed.
