• Must have B2B Packaging, corrugated, flexible packaging, industrial packaging or manufacturing solutions experience.
• Track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, ambitious and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business across Houston and Texas
• Build relationships with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing leaders
• Conduct customer visits and identify opportunities to improve packaging performance and reduce costs
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract award
• Deliver against ambitious sales and growth targets
• Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
