Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required.
• 3+ years of folding carton manufacturing or corrugated packaging sales experience.
• Proven ability in sales prospecting and territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage territory sales funnel for folding carton opportunities.
• Establish and maintain multi-level customer relationships with decision-makers and operations contacts.
• Provide insights to Marketing to support strategic planning and align account plans with divisional strategies.
• Use CRM and reporting tools to deliver accurate sales forecasting and funnel analysis.
• Monitor market conditions, identify trends, and adjust strategies for growth.
• Communicate critical account information to internal teams to enable operational readiness.
