Job summary

Samuel Packaging Systems seeks a driven Sales Representative to grow the Southeast customer base, covering SC, GA, and NC. You will drive revenue through new business development, strategic accounts, and tailored packaging automation solutions.

You will manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver effective packaging solutions across the region. Travel required within the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or packaging preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and product demonstrations
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools
