Job summary

Signode is seeking a Distribution Sales Consultant in the United States (Texas region) to drive local pull-through and co-sell with national distributors. You will manage regional distributor relationships and leverage Signode’s packaging systems to meet customer needs across multiple industries.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in distribution, 65% travel, and residency within the territory. A CRM and Power BI proficiency, plus MS Office skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in distribution channels.
• Must reside within assigned territory (New Mexico, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas) and travel up to 65% including overnight.
• Experience using CRM and reading dashboards (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with regional distributors.
• Promote Signode’s high-performance packaging systems to customers.
• Negotiate volume, contracts, and pricing with key accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and expand distributor shelf space.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure order fulfillment.
• Train distributor representatives on product knowledge.
