Job summary

Amcor is seeking an engineer to develop, direct and coordinate projects for Amcor Flexibles North America, involving mechanical and electrical components. You will act as a safety leader, manage project scope, and coordinate vendor interactions for materials and equipment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 1–6 years of experience, and travel up to 10%. You will contribute to continuous improvement while supporting on-site operations and training activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate engineering projects for Amcor Flexibles North America.
• Provide safety leadership and ensure compliance with safety programs and training.
• Prepare engineering packaging documents and coordinate purchasing for project materials.
• Support installation, startup, and training for projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lead teams as needed.
