Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and monitor activities of manufacturing personnel in our Phoenix packaging operations. You will lead a team, manage resources, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in manufacturing with a year in a supervisory capacity, plus strong knowledge of production machinery and systems. You will drive continuous improvement, coach staff, and maintain documentation and performance results.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of machinery and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead production personnel and manage resources in manufacturing packaging solutions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency; enforce company policies and procedures.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; manage performance and promotions as needed.
