Job summary

Altium Packaging in Marlborough, MA seeks a Production Supervisor to direct and monitor manufacturing activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of packaging solutions.

You will coach and develop team members, manage scheduling and performance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding our Guiding Principles and customer specs. A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience and strong machinery knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production personnel and maintain safety, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Own process improvement and drive safety, quality, production and financial results.
