Job summary

ASGCO® “Complete Conveyor Solutions” is seeking a Packaging Production Manager to oversee the production and assembly of packaging materials in our Phoenix facility. You will lead a growing team, develop schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong manufacturing experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with packaging processes, materials, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in packaging production or related manufacturing, with at least 4 years in supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Deep understanding of packaging processes, machinery, and materials.
• Familiarity with packaging design, production planning, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging operations and lead the production team to ensure timely output and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules while maintaining safety and quality.
• Monitor daily packaging activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of packaging materials.
• Analyze KPIs and identify bottlenecks for cost saving and process improvements.
