Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Packaging Area Manager in Arizona to lead the Packaging Operations Department, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You will mentor supervisors and frontline staff, implement lean initiatives, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance across all packaging activities.

Qualifications

7+ years of manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
5+ years of supervisory experience in high-speed manufacturing environments (24/7).
Lean methodology knowledge (5S, RCA, Centerline, etc.).
On-call 24 hours to support operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Packaging Operations area to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service goals.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in packaging processes, equipment, and best practices.
Develop supervisors and frontline staff through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and other food-safety standards across packaging activities.
Manage daily operations, production scheduling, and inventory in the packaging area.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and optimize production plans.
