Job summary

INFINITY GLOBAL is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support packaging and product development programs. You will coordinate timelines, data, and communications with customers, internal teams, and supplier partners to move projects from concept through production.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or product development, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with costing and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, packaging, product development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support development of packaging and non-merchandise products from concept to production readiness.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, trackers, and documentation and communicate requirements clearly.
• Translate customer requirements and product specs to internal teams and suppliers during development.
• Assist with costing, pricing information, and related financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate project data, cost, pricing, and margins and follow up on actions.
• Track issues, opportunities, inquiries, and outstanding actions through resolution.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and other tools to monitor progress and deliverables.
• Support compliance with customer, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Research new materials and industry developments as assigned.
