Infinity Global, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the development and execution of packaging and supply programs for clients.

You will coordinate activities, maintain project data, and facilitate communication between customers, internal teams, and supplier partners throughout the development process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience supporting product development, packaging, or related projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or comparable field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, product development, packaging, account support, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of packaging and other products from concept through production readiness.
• Coordinate timelines, trackers, and documentation to communicate requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate customer requirements and product specs to internal teams and suppliers.
• Assist with costing models, quotations, pricing information, and related documents.
• Track issues, inquiries, and actions; follow up with stakeholders through resolution.
• Ensure product design, construction, quality, and specifications meet requirements.
• Support compliance with customer, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
