Job summary

Southern Graphic Systems, LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the PQM program for packaging print quality.

You will coordinate with printers, clients, and internal teams to ensure PQM rules, specifications, and website instructions are followed. You will perform color and quality evaluations using spectrophotometers and other measurement devices, manage data in the PQM system, and assist in creating client-facing reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years project management and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in the design, print or production art industry is a plus.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily PQM program management activities.
• Perform print quality evaluations utilizing color measurement equipment along with visual inspection.
• Review incoming tasks and input data into PQM systems.
• Communicate program requirements.
• Manage daily correspondence and respond to program related questions.
• Data collection, processing and tracking.
• Prepare reports as requested.
• Attend meetings per request of the Client or PQM Program Manager.
• Communicate issues to Management.
