Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Press Operator to oversee the converting line and finishing equipment, ensuring high quality output at the lowest possible cost. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and requires adherence to safety and production standards.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with opportunities to advance up to $32 per hour as you grow within Pregis. Shifts run on a 2-2-3 schedule (days 6PM–6AM) with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year related experience and/or training.
• Experience in driving a sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees to ensure production meets quality and cost targets.
• Set up and operate full converting line and finishing equipment per Pregis standards.
• Train other employees as needed and provide solutions for process improvements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs; track line counts and productivity.
