Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking an Assistant Operator to support the converting line operations. You will assist in setting up and running equipment, monitor quality, and collaborate with the shift team to meet production goals.

As an hourly role, you will follow SOPs, participate in training, and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers growth opportunities within Pregis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years related experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct press crews to operate machines efficiently.
• Ensure all job tickets are complete and accurate before production.
• Achieve print quality and proper registration per standards.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
