Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Experience driving a sit-down forklift.
• Exposure to moving equipment.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in the efficient operation of production equipment.
• Read job tickets, ensure all components are present before starting.
• Set up and operate inline finishing equipment to meet quality standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and housekeeping; pass information across shifts.
• Identify improvements to reduce waste and increase production.
