Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of operator experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities to coach, assess, and empower others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift line meetings to review safety, quality, production reliability, and training updates.
• Direct line operators to maximize efficiency and minimize non–value-added activities.
• Provide leadership and make sound decisions during quality or safety incidents; inform supervision as needed.
• Train, mentor, and cross-train team members to enhance operational flexibility.
• Partner with supervisors, maintenance, and support staff to resolve production and downtime issues.
• Operate packaging line equipment, perform line setups, and ensure labeling accuracy.
• Complete GMP documentation and adhere to SOPs and safety regulations.
