Job summary

KDC One in New Albany, Ohio is hiring a Packaging Operator for a fast-paced, climate-controlled production environment. You’ll build and assemble containers, pack finished products, prepare pallets, and inspect quality to ensure every item meets standards.

This entry-level role offers steady shifts and the opportunity to grow with a team that values safety and teamwork. The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a readiness to learn; training is provided if you lack

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to train if no manufacturing experience.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building and Assembling containers, closures, and carton systems with precision.
• Packing Finished Products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Preparing Pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Check Quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards.
• Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment.
• Collaborating & Training—work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.
