Qualifications

• Training provided for those with no manufacturing experience.
• Follow SOPs and keep a team-focused attitude.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of FDA GMP and OSHA safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble container, closure, and carton systems with precision.
• Pack finished products according to specs and quality standards.
• Prepare pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Audit quality to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in a climate-controlled facility.
• Collaborate and train—support teammates and help others grow.
