Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Packaging Operator in New Albany, OH. The role offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options with competitive pay and benefits. You will build, assemble, and package containers and cartons, prepare pallets, and ensure quality in a climate-controlled facility.

No prior manufacturing experience is required, as training is provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you.
• Ability to follow work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building and assembling containers, closures, and carton systems with precision.
• Packing Finished Products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Preparing Pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Check Quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards.
• Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment.
• Collaborating & Training—work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.

• 1st: Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
• 2nd: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm
• 3rd: Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am

Pay

$14.75 - $16.75
