Job summary

KDC in Groveport, OH is seeking a Packaging Operator to join a fast-paced, quality-driven production team. You will build and assemble container systems, pack finished products, and prepare pallets for shipment.

This role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a readiness to learn SOPs, with safety at the core. You’ll work with team members in a climate-controlled facility, and overtime opportunities are available.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of FDA GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
