Job summary

KDC-ONE in the United States is seeking a Packaging Operator to maintain and operate major production equipment on the lines, following SOPs and WI to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-focused output. You will handle fillers, labelers, bottle sorters and auto-packers, perform minor repairs, participate in PM, and support the Team Leader while maintaining a clean and compliant production area.

A HS Diploma or GED is preferred, SAP and HMI experience is a plus, and attendance and teamwork are

• Experience operating major packaging equipment.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred; experience considered in lieu.
• SAP and HMI experience is preferred.
• Strong adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment such as fillers and labelers.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Prepare minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ensure quality by inspecting finished goods and codes.
• Update production boards and track downtime.
• Assist in training and back-up to Team Lead.
• Complete SOPs and paperwork per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and attendance.
