Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months in manufacturing, with the ability to read procedures and perform basic maintenance coordination.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules, instructions, and quality manuals.
• Ability to learn and certify in Lift and Crane operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and change over packaging equipment.
• Meet production goals safely and with quality compliance.
• Document quality and maintenance issues on forms.
• Read schedules and specifications to run equipment properly.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and communicate problems to supervision.
