Qualifications

• Equivalent to four years high school with emphasis on office skills, shop skills, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand numbers.
• Willingness to adapt to office and field routines.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed posted production hourly rates.
• Manually perform packaging functions such as filling, marking, labeling, boxing, or wrapping.
• Pack customer orders meeting customer expectations.
• Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step to ensure quality and quantity.
• Verify customer order and product being packed matches.
• Visually inspect for defective product and remove non-conforming items.
• Maintain records accurately and attend training to upgrade skills.
• Adjust work schedule to meet needs of other shifts.
