Jackson Tumble Finish Corporation is seeking a Production Rack & Pack Associate to ensure a steady flow of materials into production lines in a fast-paced industrial setting. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and teamwork to prevent defects during finishing and processing.

Required education is a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Forklift certification is required; on-site recertification is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift certification required (on-site recertification provided).

Responsibilities

• Pre-Inspection: check incoming parts for defects before and during loading.
• Part Loading: hang, clip, or place parts onto racks per guidelines.
• Spacing & Alignment: ensure accurate spacing on racks.
• Line Pacing: match throughput to avoid bottlenecks.
• Unloading & Sorting: remove processed parts and return to containers/pallets.
• Safety & Maintenance: wear PPE, report rack issues, maintain racks.
• Quality Sorts: perform quality checks on processed parts.
