Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed posted production hourly rates.
• Manually perform packaging functions such as filling, marking, labeling, boxing, or wrapping.
• Pack customer orders meeting customer expectations.
• Inspect materials, products, and containers for quality at each step.
• Verify customer order and product match.
• Visual inspection for defects and remove nonconforming items.
• Prepare and sort product, fold and assemble packaging materials, and pack special arrangements.
• Make adjustments per product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, TPM and 5S compliant workplace.
• Accurately maintain required records.
• Attend training to enhance skills and train others as needed.
