• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Able to operate basic tools, equipment, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines to maintain product flow and service levels.
• Maintain a safe work environment, applying 6S principles.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards with QA on FPI.
• Properly fill out all documentation and labels.
• Handle scrap, rework, and mixed product correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
