Sofidel America in Duluth, MN is expanding its Converting Production team. The Packaging Operator operates paper converting equipment to meet production goals safely, aligns with GMP and HACCP, and follows all safety policies.

This non-exempt, 12-hour rotating shift role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and reliability, with opportunities to grow within Sofidel's manufacturing network in the Twin Ports region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or 6–12 months in manufacturing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in a team environment.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and quality standards.
• Ability to learn and certify in Lift and Crane operation.

Responsabilités

• Operate primary and/or secondary packaging equipment safely.
• Support line with other staff to meet production rates.
• Document quality control and production issues on forms.
• Read production schedules and specifications to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow housekeeping rules.
• Assist maintenance or other personnel as needed.
