Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Production Supervisor in Lititz, PA, to lead a shift on high-speed packaging lines and ensure quality, safety and efficiency. The role reports to the Business Unit Manager, Personal Care, and is fully onsite in North America.

You will schedule staff, monitor production metrics, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining compliance with GMP and safety standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years in Operations/Manufacturing/Packaging.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Basic to intermediate math ability.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, listening, negotiating and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team to meet goals on high-speed packaging lines and manufacturing platforms.
• Establish personnel schedules and input into production flow.
• Compile and report production metrics.
• Train staff on safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvements and best practices.
• Coordinate with leaders to optimize material and resource use.
• Support budget feedback and understand financial drivers.
• Maintain data integrity, schedule attainment and housekeeping.
