Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Packaging Manager - Operations for the Fort Washington Plant in North America. You will provide strategic and tactical direction to ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while aligning with Planning, Quality, Technical Operations, GTO and Maintenance teams.

You will manage supervisors and professionals to execute short-term production objectives, optimize personnel and resources, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive productivity, quality, and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, science, business, operations management, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing/ops/supply chain or related functions.
• 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, medical devices, consumer health, or CPG).
• 3+ years in leadership managing teams and developing talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance objectives.
• Ensure GMP, regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements are met.
• Promote safety culture, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop supervisors and production teams to improve performance.
• Oversee training, qualifications, and compliance with procedures.
