Kenvue is seeking a Senior Engineering Professional in Manufacturing & Technical Operations in Lititz, PA. This onsite role supports engineering projects across our manufacturing and technical operations, driving operational readiness and continuous improvement.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, several years in regulated environments, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline.
• Several years' experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Develop, execute, and maintain engineering and technical programs for operational excellence and compliance.
• Review and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and reports.
• Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting, investigations, and continuous improvement.
