Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree with related manufacturing experience.
• Proven English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline teams to meet production goals on packaging lines.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage production flow.
• Report on production metrics and performance.
• Train staff on safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate communication between hourly staff and leadership.
• Understand and adhere to union collective bargaining agreement.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize material, machine, and labor use.
• Maintain labor, scrap, data integrity, and KPI targets.
• Support budgets and understand cost drivers.
