• Maintain safety, policies, rules and GMPs.
• Manage flow of products from production through packaging to warehouse.
• Maintain high quality standards while controlling manpower.
• Interview, hire and train employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards for food safety, quality and cleanliness.
