Responsibilities

• Strategically works with operational leadership to plan for new equipment, upgrades, and repairs for upcoming projects.
• Drive policies, procedures, and tools to achieve >95% uptime for production equipment.
• Own downtime reporting and use data-driven insights to determine timing for repairs vs temporary solutions.
• Coordinate with management, production, and quality control to resolve maintenance problems and improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
• Prepare department budget and monitor expenditure of funds.
