Job summary

We Pack Logistics, based in Maxton, NC, seeks a Warehouse Manager to direct and coordinate activities for receiving, storing and shipping customer products within a warehousing operation on a public or contract basis.

The starting pay ranges from $83,000 to $103,000 per year, with Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm hours and occasional extended hours based on demand. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and customer service while leading a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3–5 years related experience.

• Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
• Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.

Role Overview: Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping customer products inside a warehousing being operated on either a public or contract basis by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

STARTING PAYRATE: $83k - $103k per year (negotiable depending on experience)

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed
