Job summary

Harrison, Walker & Harper is seeking a Packaging Manager for Maxton, NC. This hands-on leadership role oversees contract packaging and repack operations, focusing on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and labor cost management.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience, strong communication, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monday–Friday schedule with potential extended hours based on demand.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily execution of packaging work at locations of responsibility to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Ensures the packaging function executes work efficiently and profitably while partnering closely with teams to meet customer needs.
• Oversees planning and personnel for the packaging operation.
• Supports Production Supervisor in managing staffing levels with internal and external staffing partners to meet timelines and financial targets.
• Collaborates with warehousing to provide a seamless service for the customer.
