Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Arizona seeks a Packaging Supervisor to lead packaging operators and ensure production targets meet quality and safety standards. This front-line role partners with the Sr. Packaging Manager to drive throughput and continuous improvement.

You will maintain GMPs, oversee equipment maintenance, document performance, and coach a cross-functional team through shifts, aiming for efficient, compliant packaging operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, high-speed packaging equipment, safety and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Safety and GMP compliance are prioritized in daily packaging operations.
• Oversee packaging tasks to hit production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align with other departments.
• Identify efficiency gains and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and liaise with Maintenance to ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.
• Assist in shift planning and provide coaching for team development.
