Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Packaging Area Manager to lead the Packaging Operations Department in a fast-paced, quality-driven facility. You will drive daily tasks, develop autonomous teams, manage KPIs, and ensure safe, compliant production aligned with SOPs and lean initiatives.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, 7+ years in manufacturing, and 5+ years supervising across 24/7 shifts.

Qualifications

7+ years of manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
5+ years of supervisory experience in high-speed manufacturing environments, across all shifts in 24/7 operations.
Lean Methodology including 5S, CIL, Centerline, A3, etc.

Responsibilities

Drive implementation of strategic plan for the packaging department.
Develop autonomous teams capable of managing packaging operations running on a 24/5 or 24/7 schedule.
Maintain relationships with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure consistency among processes.
Ensure Safety and Quality are at the forefront of all activities for all Packaging team members.
Mentor and coach packaging operators, leads, and supervisors to focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
