Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Packaging Area Manager to lead the Packaging Operations Department, ensuring daily tasks align with strategic goals. You will oversee KPI monitoring, safety, quality and continuous improvement, working with cross-functional teams across Brewery, Safety, Environmental, Quality, Maintenance, Central Plant, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with 24/7 shift coverage, lean process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (Strongly Preferred).
7+ years of manufacturing experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
5+ years of supervisory experience in high-speed manufacturing, across all shifts in 24/7 operation.
Lean methodologies (5S, CIL, Centerline, A3, etc.).
On-call 24 hours to support operations.
GMP, HAACP, food safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive implementation of strategic plan for the packaging department.
Develop autonomous working teams capable of managing packaging operations 24/5 or 24/7.
Maintain relationships with internal customers and external suppliers for consistent processes.
Manage the manufacturing process with focus on People, Quality, Customer Service, Cost, and Community.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, JSA, and HACCP food safety programs.
