Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Packaging Supervisor in Arizona to lead packaging operations, supervise Operators and Leads, and ensure production targets are met with strict quality and GMP standards. You will collaborate with the Sr.

Packaging Manager and cross-functional teams to drive performance and continuous improvement. The role requires 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, knowledge of beverage packaging, and proficiency with MS Office/Teams/OneNote.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, high-speed packaging equipment, GMPs.
• Experience in bottling or canning high speed operations desired.
• Proven use of MS Office, Teams, OneNote, and email.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging operations and supervise Operators and Leads.
• Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement SOPs; drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Manage shift scheduling and staff development.
