Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years in packaging, distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Experience managing supervisors, hourly employees, and temporary labor in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, packaging work orders, inventory transactions, and material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily packaging operations including bulk and raw material put-away, order picking, product packaging, rebranding, and finished-goods put-away.
• Align staffing, equipment, materials, and workflow with packaging schedule and changing priorities.
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately, with proper labeling, documentation, and inventory transactions.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts; drive corrective actions when performance lags.
