Qualifications

• 3+ years previous production experience, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Packaging Assemblers to ensure accurate and timely assembly of packaging goods.
• Perform QA checks to ensure builds meet QA requirements.
• Notify Warehouse Manager of damaged goods and tag/segregate materials in the system and physically.
• Assist in training new employees on packaging procedures.
• Help maintain safety and housekeeping, and meet production quality and quantity standards.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and report issues to management.
• Troubleshoot production floor issues and report process/equipment problems.
