Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Verbal and written communication skills necessary.
• ERP systems experience (JDE, SAP, Salesforce) a plus.
• Basic math skills needed.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment (fillers, sealers, labeling).
• Set up packaging lines for production runs with correct materials and configurations.
• Monitor production for safety and quality compliance.
• Inspect finished products per specifications.
• Troubleshoot line issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records; report discrepancies.
• Assist inventory management and training activities; support lean initiatives.
