Job summary

T E C Industrial Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fairfield, NJ to support daily packaging, labeling, and production tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role requires accuracy, reliability, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will weigh, package, and label products, keep a clean work area, meet daily targets, and follow SOPs while participating in inventory counts and teamwork to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/packaging or production experience preferred.
• Able to work in a high-volume, repetitive setting.
• Must meet employment eligibility and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, package, and label products according to company specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area at all times
• Meet or exceed daily production and efficiency targets
• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and workplace policies
• Assist with inventory counts, product tracking, and basic entry as needed
• Identify and report product, material, or equipment issues to the Lead or Supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
