Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Packaging National Accounts Sales Manager to join our thriving engineering team. This role is integral to our business and will have a significant impact on our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key national accounts, driving sales, and developing strategic relationships with our major clients. This position requires a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and who has a proven track record in sales and account management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned national accounts.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and provide customers with proposals.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and professional association meetings; provide feedback and information on market trends.
  • Develop and manage customer portfolios, maintain customer records, and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years in a corrugated packaging organization.
  • Management of $50M in revenue or above.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
