Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Packaging National Accounts Sales Manager to join our engineering team. This role is critical to our growth, managing key national accounts, driving sales, and developing strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven sales and account management track record in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow sales in assigned national accounts.
• Manage key customer relationships and close strategic deals.
• Forecast sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Attend trade shows and conferences; provide market feedback.
• Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a corrugated packaging organization.
• Management of $50M+ revenue accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
