Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Packaging National Accounts Sales Manager to join our engineering team. This role involves managing key national accounts, driving sales, and developing strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and account management in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for national accounts
  • Manage customer relationships and close strategic deals
  • Forecast sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Analyze market trends to improve sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships with stakeholders within client organizations
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences
  • Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in a corrugated packaging organization
  • Management of $50M+ revenue accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
