Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or operations management, and experience supervising hourly staff in a food/beverage environment.

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Manufacturing Supervisor to support the Packaging Department to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met. We are looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role will be responsible for:

• Ensuring team compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Maintaining product quality and sanitation standards
• Optimizing operational efficiencies to support blending and production
• Tracking operational output measures (efficiency, yield loss, product quality, inventory accuracy, transactional accuracy), anticipating and correcting trends that would compromise achievement of financial targets
• Developing team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and reach short‑ and long‑term performance goals

• Demonstrating ability to implement short‑ and long‑term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• 3‑5 years supervising in food and beverage manufacturing
• Candidate based in Fort Pierce, FL
• Role requires off‑shift and/or weekend work
• Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, supply chain, or a similar field
• Experience developing/coaching hourly staff preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
