The role requires 3+ years supervising in food and beverage manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record in continuous improvement. The position entails off-shift/weekend coverage and close cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, operations management, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience coaching hourly staff preferred.
• 3+ years supervising in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Packaging Department to meet company goals and initiatives.
• Ensure safety compliance, product quality, and sanitation standards.
• Optimize operational efficiencies in blending and production.
• Lead and develop frontline hourly personnel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve operational issues.
• Drive productivity, waste reduction, and cost savings programs.
• Regularly monitor plant floor activities.
