Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician II – Machine Technician (Pack) to operate the Packaging Machine Line, achieving daily quotas with accuracy. The role emphasizes maintenance, data logging, labeling, and collaboration with Packaging leadership to ensure product quality.

The position requires some leadership experience, assembly line or machinery background, and strong attention to detail, working in a GMP environment with full PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Machinery background or experience preferred.
• Two years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
• Previous leadership experience in a related industry or work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and produce packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line.
• Make adjustments and maintenance to ensure machinery runs properly.
• Guide and train team members in packaging tasks and data logging.
• Support packaging leadership to package different SKUs and inventory packages.
• Coordinate transport of dried product to Packaging and Distribution areas.
• Follow compliance and safety procedures and maintain packaging logs.
• Work under supervision of Packaging Lead and Supervisor.
